ACTIVE TEAMBUILDING

Active team building is a 2-day stay sport event for your employees in a neutral environment to allow every single member of the team to create social and professional connection with their colleagues, increase the efficiency of the communication and degree of collaboration inside the team. As an example we can recommend for you the stay in the Small Carpathian Region in a natural environment, far away from the city and its rush. The Purpose of this change of the environment is the  detachment of daily routine of each individual employee to stimulate creative thinking and open mindedness in the working team. The program is as following:

• Friday evening / arrival at the hotel, free time, barbecue
• Saturday morning / sports and other physical and creative activities enhancing team work and cooperation
• Saturday noon / evaluation of the competitions and buffet lunch
• Saturday afternoon / free time activities and departure
