• ACTIVITIES FOR Children

Children can get to know our capital city to supplement their school history lessons. Possibility to use our cultural vouchers! This is a children‘s tour told in Slovak, English or other languages. Learn about every corner of the Old Town and the Castle. For this tour school parties can be picked up at your school or kindergarten for this tour. You can also accompany our experienced guides. The successful narrative on the children’s castle tour was written by writer L. Feldek. We have these tours available:

A unique sightseeing tour by Prešporáčik – Oldtimer® takes you through the rich history and beauty of the historical center of Bratislava, as well information about its more recent history. The route leads through the most interesting streets and places emblazoned with legends and history, whether in the castle or the Old town. We will show you the coronation route, and where an UFO has landed. You will see the palaces where the musical greats such as Beethoven, Haydn and Mozart had played. The route can be tailored to suit your particular needs whether it will be a break for children to enjoy playground activities or in the Castle.

Note: On request we provide transport from the front of school or nursery. FREE for schools in the Old Town max. 10 min. The 2nd school pick–up point is from SND on Hviezdoslav Square.

We also offer a variety of activities for children for example fun hunting for clues, pedestrian tours and visiting a military bunker. We can provide visits to birds of prey flight demonstrations, visiting organic farms or even to make traditional majolica. These are a few examples of the many child centred activities we can arrange.
